Will CCH be required to hire only BSNs?

UPHS does not currently have a policy that requires all nurses to have a BSN degree. However, UPHS Magnet-designated hospitals generally hire only nurses with a BSN degree or higher. Nurses without a BSN degree at all UPHS entities are provided opportunities to complete their BSN degree through tuition assistance.
