Do we anticipate there will be job loss as a result of CCH joining UPHS?

The best way to preserve jobs is to build patient programs. We expect entity management teams to carefully monitor FTEs and allocate staffing resources to support the needs of patients and their families and to be flexible in staffing as patient activity fluctuates.
