Will reporting relationships for employed physicians at CCH change as a result of the acquisition?

Mike Duncan
CEO, Chester County Hospitals
There will not be any change in reporting relationships for employed physicians at CCH. There are likely to be mutually beneficial collaborative relationships formed with CCH employed physicians and the Chairs and Divisional Chiefs that will support growth of selected clinical programs and shared quality improvement processes. These collaborations will evolve over time. We will be studying the issues and opportunities over the coming months and will provide regular updates to keep you informed of any changes.
