Will there be a change in reporting relationships?

Ralph W. Muller
CEO of the University of Pennsylvania Health System
Joining the Health System will result in some matrixed-reporting relationships. Mike Duncan, CEO of CCH will report directly to me (Ralph W. Muller, CEO of the University of Pennsylvania Health System) during the first year of transition. For shared services teams in Finance, Purchasing, IT, HR, Network Development/Marketing, Risk Management, Real Estate and Construction—there will be a dotted line relationship with the appropriate UPHS corporate executive to facilitate integration activities.
